VERB.DG is built on the belief that disc golf longevity depends on the growth of women. Expanding the reach of women’s disc golf isn’t just a “nice to have” or a diversity initiative—

it is the single most effective lever for the sport’s long-term survival and evolution. We’re dedicated to growing the women’s game through community, visibility, and support.

We are on a mission to ignite the women’s game by, building a high-energy community, amplifying player visibility, and creating the support system every woman needs to find their own line.

  • Through sponsorship, community driven events and networks, tournament support and course design advocacy.

  • We remove barriers to entry.

    Funding first tournaments, covering costs, and giving more women a reason to step onto the course.


  • We create connection that keeps women playing. 

    Support networks, social play, and spaces where women feel welcomed, seen, and encouraged.

    We are resourcing holistic technical skills and mental game coaching, that helps women improve faster, and actually enjoy getting better.


  • The pressures of tournaments on women are different. We want to improve the mixed tournament experience with more female forward layouts, and holding space for women to participate. We advocate with tournament directors and are supporting constructive discussions to improve the competitive landscape for women.
